For the Guadalupe River...including Victoria, Bloomington...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Guadalupe River near Bloomington. * WHEN...From Sunday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding occurs, with the river reaching well into the flood plain. Any oil tank batteries, pump jacks, and secondary roads near the river may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Sunday evening and continue rising to a crest of 23.9 feet Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Information: Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
